Savannah is a highly individual 90ft sloop designed by David Pedrick with a John Mumford interior. Savannah was built on the north east coast of United States and due to her very individual nature there are many detailed features which still needed completing or adjusting when she came to Saxon Wharf. SYS carried out this work involving careful detailed design work and then meticulous work by their skilled craftsman.
Amongst other things special cockpit hatch hinging arrangements were designed and built, hidden lighting features, joinery modifications and redesign of the rudder bearing assembly. In addition all the normal repair and maintenance work such as some teak decking, full repaint etc were completed.
